When will I be billed?

Monthly Enrollment: Within 24 hours before or after the same day of the month as you joined on each month.

When do I get access?

Grimoire Page access is given within 48 hours. The Membership is paid a month in advance and new members are accepted into the community on the 1st of the month following the month you enrolled in. What happens if I break the rules in the Private Community?

You will promptly be removed from the group, your membership cancelled, access will be removed from anything related to the membership, you will not be allowed to rejoin, nor sign up for any other Robin Zendayah programs that include any type of community access, and no refunds will be given. 1. Availability of high energy stones in all of the necessary pieces for the jars - supply is continuously fluctuating.

Why won’t you just offer the Mastery Jars randomly for sale?

When will I get my first Mastery Jar?

If you enroll at the Dame level, you will receive your first Mastery Jar the following month after you enroll because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll at the BadAss level in May, you will get your first jar in June.

The same applies if you upgrade to Mastery Level.

International Master Jar Shipping

If your shipping address is outside of the U.S., you will be sent an invoice to the email address you joing with for the additional shipping and insurance costs each month. Your jar will not ship until this is paid, period. There is no way that we can tell you how much this is in advance, because a) the jars will not weigh the same each month. b) shipping and insurance rates will vary by weight and destination.

Absolutely no refunds will be given or store credit/store gift cards be issued for those charges because you decided to act like a twatwaffle by not paying the invoice for your international shipping and insurance costs to your country. We do not tolerate disrespect.

Returns of Mastery Jars will NOT ever receive a refund or store credit because a service has been performed of matching their Unique Energetic Signature to yours making your set unusable by someone else and therefore holding 0 monetary value to us.
