    Minimum Commitment

    Your enrollment in the subscription is a legally binding contracted minimum 3-month commitment.

    Why? Because I am looking for people who are commited to self-empowerment, not people who pretend to be.

    Your subscription will continue and you will continue to be charged for your subscription after the end of your 3-month commitment until you either notify us in writing at robinzendayah@robinzendayah.com that you would like to cancel your subscription, or you manually cancel your subscription from inside your account. Manually cancelling your subscription before the end of your 3-month commitment will not stop the charges during that 3-month commitment, it will only stop them from continuing after the minimum commitment period is fullfilled.

    What happens if I break the rules in the Private Community?

    You will promptly be removed from the group, you will not be allowed to rejoin, nor sign up for any other Robin Zendayah programs that include any type of community access, and no refunds will be given. This is a safe space and we will do what is necessary to make sure it stays that way, period. Just don't be a twatwaffle, simple.

    When do I get access to Rebellious and the Private Community?

    Access emails will arrive within 24 hours of enrolling.     You will receive your first BadAss box the following month after you sign up because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll at the BadAss level in May, you will get your first box in June.

    If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to Rebellious, any bonus masterclasses, the community, or anything else that the subscription gave you access to.

    Monthly Subscription: Within 24 hours before or after the same day of the month as you signed up on each month.

    Why won’t you just offer the BadAss Boxes randomly for sale?

    When will I get m first BadAss Box?

    :

    You will receive your first BadAss box the following month after you enroll because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll in May, you will get your first box in June.

    BadAss Box Shipping and Insurance

    Shipping & insurance are not included in the price above because we ship to 5 countries, and those costs and insurance costs vary by country and fluctuate.

    Your boxes will ship via USPS Priorty Mail, FedEx or UPS within the U.S. and internationally when possible.

    Your boxes will ship fully insured. Shipping and insurance will be calculated automatically each month and added to the above box amount. Please see International Shipping for additional info.

    International BadAss Box Shipping

    If your shipping address is outside of the U.S. and you choose to not enroll with the international option anyways, you will be sent an email with the link to properly enroll in the international option. When you do enroll in the international option, we will cancel your U.S. enrollment for you.

    If you choose to ignore that email, (your responsibility to make sure that you have whitelisted robinzendayah@robinzendayah.com), you will still be charged monthly for the duration of your initial 3 months, as your enrollment carries a legally binding minimum 3-month commitment.

    You will continue to be charged for your subscription after the end of your 3-month commitment until you either notify us in writing at the above email address, or you manually cancel your subscription from inside your account. Manually cancelling your subscription before the end of your 3-month commitment will not stop the charges during that 3-month commitment, it will only stop them from continuing after that period.

    Absolutely no refunds will be given or store credit be issued for those charges because you decided to act like a twatwaffle by choosing the US enrollment option to attempt to avoid paying proper shipping and insurance costs to your country. We do not tolerate disrespect.

    It is your responsibility to know what your country will and will not allow to be imported.

    We are not responsible for any additional fees you may incur associated with you receiving your package. It is also your responsibility to know what those are beforehand. We will not refund or issue store credit because you decided you did not want to pay the fees. If you return or refuse an order, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit.

    BadAss Box Returns

    :

    Returns of BadAss boxes will NOT ever receive a refund or store credit because a service has been performed of matching the Unique Energetic Signature to yours making your set unusable by someone else and therefore holding 0 monetary value to us. The components inside your box cannot ever be resold to anyone else.

    In fact, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $100 in addition to any amount you have already paid for the box, shipping, & insurance for properly returning those components to the Earth.
