Why My Stones?

:

I worked for one of the largest importers of stones in this country for 12 years before becoming a mama, (my youngest is almost 23), and I learned which mines and manufacturers actually gave a flying fuck about the crystals and stones, and which ones only cared about how much money they could make. I made many invaluable connections then, that today, let me go treasure hunting in areas of warehouses that most businesses don't even know exist, let alone can get in there.

Most stones that come into the United States come through Charleston, S.C., and the further west you go, the more picked over the stones are at gem shows and stores. I handpick mainly at warehouses in South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida, where the best shit is before it goes to gem shows and stores.

I hand pick all of the crystals and stones for my students, clients and my private shop for their level of energy, and only buy from importers that I know take damn good care of them, and from mines that treat them with the respect that they deserve.

I handpick practitioner level stones and tools because I give a flying fuck about my students, clients, and the stones, and I want y'all to receive the benefits of working with highly energetically active stones, not a bunch of pretty shelf sitters that are energetically dormant or dead that won't do a damn thing for you.

What Does a typical warehouse buying trip looks like?

:

> The expenses of traveling with 2 - 3 assistants, (gas, food, a comfy place to stay for 1 - 2 weeks at a time, plus a little fun to unwind because self care is very important: we love arcades, bowling, hiking, escape rooms, ghost tours etc.). They're there to wrap the stones in what I like to call "pillows of protection", then box them for their safely, and load them in one of the SUV's we're driving.

> Paying the full hourly pay for 1 - 3 warehouse employees for however many days we're there, because they're going to:

A. spend all of their time either hunting through the warehouse the stone types I'm looking for. Then, they're carrying the boxes to the tables that they've set up for me, unboxing, unwrapping and laying the stones out on those tables for me to choose from. Then, they get to rewrap, rebox, and put back 95% of them because they do not meet my standards of extremely high energy stones.

B: following me around the warehouse as I follow my clairs because I am looking for stones for specific people, and pull out the boxes so that I can dig through to find the perfect stones that match the Unique Energetic Signatures of the clients that I am looking for stones for. Then they get to do the whole rewrap, rebox fun.

They do find this interesting/entertaining because the specific clair the leads me to a specific stone is actually whatever clair is strongest for that person.

So, if your strongest clair is clairscent, (clear scent), I'm gonna be zipping around the warehouse sniffing like my Bloodhoud, and then smelling the stones in a box or container, until I find yours. This, by the way, is always the warehouse worker's favorite, lol!

If it's clairtangency (clear touch), my hands will turn red and be hot to the touch, and get redder and hotter the closer I get, until I find your stones.

If it's clairvoyance, (clear sight), I can literally see lines of energy, (the color varies with the person I'm looking for stones for), running from my hands to your stones. If I happen to have multiple clairvoyants on my list to shop for, well, let's just say that things look real interesting in the warehouse, lol!

If I'm putting together stone sets, or grid sets, they've got to set up even more tables, because I'm going to put those together on the spot. These are even harder to find because they've got to be team players, not lone wolves, and they've got to agree to work together for the intended purpose.

Just like with people, there are team players, and there are lone wolves, crystals & stones are no different. Roughly 70% are lone wolves, and do not play well with others. And if you try and force them too, well, they're like nails on a chalkboard to each other, and eventually, they'll cause each other to go energetically dormant, and that fucking sucks big time.

This is why I create sets for specific purposes. The crystals & stones in my sets are carefully chosen to not only get fucking along with each other, but to work together for whatever the goal is.

I guarantee that you will have access to what is stated that you will have access to, for the level that you join at barring unforseen circumstances like emergencies, illnesses, internet issues, platform issues and maitenance etc. You are not 2 years old, and I'm not your mama, it is up to you to take action to see results. When will I be billed?

Monthly Enrollment: Within 24 hours before or after the same day of the month as you joined on each month.

Yearly Enrollment: within 24 hours before or after the same day of the year as you joined on each year.

When do I get access?

If you are joining after October 1st 2024, access emails will arrive within 24 hours of joining. Please add RobinZendayah@RobinZendayah.com to your email contacts/whitelist immediately to make sure you don't miss yours and other important emails from us. If you do not receive yours within that time frame, check your spam and then email us at techsupport@RobinZendayah.com. If you are enrolling before that date, you will receive access emails on October 1st or 2nd 2024.

If you enroll at the BadAss level, you will get membership access as stated above and you will receive your first BadAss Jar the following month because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll at the BadAss level in May, you will get your first jar in June.

If you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to Rebellious, any bonus masterclasses, or anything else that the membership gave you access to.

What if I'm unhappy with the membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time after your initial 6 month commitment. But we would appreciate it if you would contact us first and let us know why you are unhappy so that we can have the opportunity to make the membership even better for you and other present & future members. What happens if I break the rules in the Private Community?

You will promptly be removed from the group, your membership cancelled, access will be removed from anything related to the membership, you will not be allowed to rejoin, nor sign up for any other Robin Zendayah programs that include any type of community access, and no refunds will be given. Why can’t you tell me in advance what the Stone of the Month is going to be?

1. Availability of high energy stones in all of the necessary pieces for the jars - supply is continuously fluctuating.
2. Cost of the above - prices are continuously fluctuating.
3. Unique Energetic Signature - finding all of the necessary pieces for everyone at BadAss level.

Why won’t you just offer the BadAss Jars randomly for sale?

I have to source all of this in advance and the items in your jar must resonate with, (fall within the frequency range), of your Unique Energetic Signature. If I did all of that and then you didn’t buy it, then I’m left with a jar that I can’t sell to anyone else because it doesn’t match anyone else’s U.E.S. I would go out of business extremely quickly making stupid biz decisions like that. I would need to source all of the pieces for a jar for every single member just in case you decided to order one.

Your jars will ship via USPS Priorty Mail, FedEx or UPS within the U.S. and internationally when possible.

Your jars will ship fully insured.

When will I get my first BadAss Jar?

:

If you enroll at the BadAss level, you will receive your first BadAss Jar the following month after you enroll because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll at the BadAss level in May, you will get your first jar in June.

The same applies if you upgrade to BadAss Level.

International BadAss Jar Shipping

:

If your shipping address is outside of the U.S., you will be sent an invoice to the email address you joing with for the additional shipping and insurance costs each month. Your jar will not ship until this is paid, period. There is no way that we can tell you how much this is in advance, because a) the jars will not weigh the same each month. b) shipping and insurance rates will vary by weight and destination.

If you choose to ignore that email, (your responsibility to make sure that you have whitelisted robinzendayah@robinzendayah.com), you will still be charged monthly for the duration of your initial 6 months, as your enrollment carries a legally binding minimum 6-month commitment.

You will continue to be charged for your erollment after the end of your 6-month commitment until you either notify us in writing at the above email address, or you manually cancel your enrollment from inside your account. Manually cancelling your enrollment before the end of your 6-month commitment will not stop the charges during that 6-month commitment, it will only stop them from continuing after that period.

Absolutely no refunds will be given or store credit/store gift cards be issued for those charges because you decided to act like a twatwaffle by not paying the invoice for your international shipping and insurance costs to your country. We do not tolerate disrespect.

It is also your responsibility to know what your country will and will not allow to be imported.

We are not responsible for any additional fees you may incur associated with you receiving your package. It is also your responsibility to know what those are in your country beforehand. We will not refund or issue store credit because you decided you did not want to pay the fees. If you return or refuse an order, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit.

BadAss Jar Returns

:

Returns of BadAss Jars will NOT ever receive a refund or store credit because a service has been performed of matching their Unique Energetic Signature to yours making your set unusable by someone else and therefore holding 0 monetary value to us. The components inside your jar cannot ever be resold to anyone else.

In fact, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $100 in addition to any amount you have already paid for the jar, and shipping, & insurance for properly returning those components to the Earth.
