I can only do that when there are a good quantity of high energy stones, in the right forms and types, and in a wide frequency range in the warehouses. When will I be billed?

Monthly Enrollment: Within 24 hours before or after the same day of the month as you joined on each month.

Yearly Enrollment: within 24 hours before or after the same day of the year as you joined on each year.

When do I get access?

:

The Rebellious Collection Grimoire Pages access is given within 48 hours. The Membership is paid a month in advance and new members are accepted into the community on the 15th of the month following the month you enrolled in. Please be sure to click on the Private Community link from inside your Grimoire Pages to request access to the group.

Please add RobinZendayah@RobinZendayah.com to your email contacts/whitelist immediately to make sure you don't miss your access email and other important emails from us. If you do not receive yours within that time frame, check your spam and then email us.

If you enroll at GrimWarrioress level, you will get membership access as stated above and you will receive your first set/jar the following month because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll at the Dame level in May, you will get your first jar in June.

If you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to Rebellious, or anything else that the membership gave you access to.

What if I'm unhappy with the membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. But we would appreciate it if you would contact us first and let us know why you are unhappy so that we can have the opportunity to make the membership even better for you and other present & future members. Refunds are not available.

What happens if I break the rules in the Private Community?

:

You will promptly be removed from the group, your membership cancelled, access will be removed from anything related to the membership, you will not be allowed to rejoin, nor sign up for any other Robin Zendayah programs that include any type of community access, and no refunds will be given. This is a safe space and we will do what is necessary to make sure it stays that way, period. Just don't be a twatwaffle, simple.

Why can’t you tell me several months in advance what the Grimore Pages of the Month is going to be?

1. Availability of high energy stones in all of the necessary pieces for the sets/jars - supply is continuously fluctuating.

2. Cost of the above - prices are continuously fluctuating.

3. Unique Energetic Signature - finding all of the necessary pieces for everyone at GrimWarrioress level.

When will I get my first Set/Jar?

:

If you enroll at the GrimWarrioress level, you will receive your first Set/Jar the following month after you enroll because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll at the GrimWarrioress level in May, you will get your first set/jar in June.

The same applies if you upgrade to GrimWarrioress Level.

International Shipping

:

If your shipping address is outside of the U.S., you will be sent an invoice to the email address you joing with for the additional shipping and insurance costs each month. Your jar will not ship until this is paid, period. There is no way that we can tell you how much this is in advance, because a) the sets/jars will not weigh the same each month. b) shipping and insurance rates will vary by weight and destination.

If you choose to ignore that email, (your responsibility to make sure that you have whitelisted robinzendayah@robinzendayah.com), absolutely no refunds will be given or store credit/store gift cards be issued for those charges because you decided to act like a twatwaffle by not paying the invoice for your international shipping and insurance costs to your country. We do not tolerate disrespect.

It is also your responsibility to know what your country will and will not allow to be imported.

We are not responsible for any additional fees you may incur associated with you receiving your package. It is also your responsibility to know what those are in your country beforehand. Returns will NOT ever receive a refund or store credit because a service has been performed of matching their Unique Energetic Signature to yours making your set unusable by someone else and therefore holding 0 monetary value to us.
