If I did all of that and then you didn’t buy it, then I’m left with a jar that I can’t sell to anyone else because it doesn’t match anyone else’s U.E.S. I would go out of business extremely quickly making stupid biz decisions like that. I would need to source all of the pieces for a jar for every single member just in case you decided to order one.

Your jars will ship via USPS Priorty Mail, FedEx or UPS within the U.S. and internationally when possible.

Your jars will ship fully insured.

When will I get my first Masterys Jar?

:

If you enroll at the Dame level, you will receive your first Mastery Jar the following month after you enroll because it takes time to source the pieces for your Unique Energetic Signature. So for example, if you enroll at the BadAss level in May, you will get your first jar in June.

The same applies if you upgrade to Mastery Level.

International Master Jar Shipping

:

If your shipping address is outside of the U.S., you will be sent an invoice to the email address you joing with for the additional shipping and insurance costs each month. Your jar will not ship until this is paid, period. There is no way that we can tell you how much this is in advance, because a) the jars will not weigh the same each month. b) shipping and insurance rates will vary by weight and destination.

If you choose to ignore that email, (your responsibility to make sure that you have whitelisted robinzendayah@robinzendayah.com).

Absolutely no refunds will be given or store credit/store gift cards be issued for those charges because you decided to act like a twatwaffle by not paying the invoice for your international shipping and insurance costs to your country. We do not tolerate disrespect.

It is also your responsibility to know what your country will and will not allow to be imported.

We are not responsible for any additional fees you may incur associated with you receiving your package. It is also your responsibility to know what those are in your country beforehand. We will not refund or issue store credit because you decided you did not want to pay the fees. If you return or refuse an order, you will NOT receive a refund or store credit.

Mastery Jar Returns

Returns of Mastery Jars will NOT ever receive a refund or store credit because a service has been performed of matching their Unique Energetic Signature to yours making your set unusable by someone else and therefore holding 0 monetary value to us. The components inside your jar cannot ever be resold to anyone else.

In fact, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of $100 in addition to any amount you have already paid for the jar, and shipping, & insurance for properly returning those components to the Earth.

No content in any Robin Zendayah community, course, program, membership, communication etc, in any form may ever be shared by a student, member, or client in any way, by any means anywhere, period.

We reserve the right to share screenshots, text excerpts etc, of things that we deem testimonial content after making any and all reasonalble personal identifying information unreadable by any common means currently available at the time that this content was made available to us.
